Character Focused Monoscenes with Caroline Martin
In this workshop students will learn the long form structure: Monoscene! They'll lead with unique characters, weave a narrative, and create lush worlds that are continuous in one location. 

Prerequisite: Completion of Improv 201

Caroline Fiona Martin, teacher

Caroline Fiona Martin CAROLINE MARTIN is an improviser, writer, and lover of cheese. She performs improv with the Curfew on Saturday nights at UCBTNY. She's a 2016 Comedy Central Comic to Watch for sketch. Previously she performed improv on Harold Night and LLoyd Night at UCBTNY. She performed and wrote characters on "Characters Welcome" and was an actor on the UCBTNY sketch team Monaco on Maude Night. She was the winner of the 2014 NBC & UCB Diversity Scholarship Showcase and performed on The Peoples Improv Theater house teams Divo and Timber. Caroline teaches improv comedy at UCB and received a B.A. in Ethnic Studies from Brown University.
