MIXTAPE '19
with Frank Garcia-Hejl
Influenced by the classic improv form "The Soundtrack", this class will
work on a structure where the scenes are all inspired by music and
audio selections brought by the audience or via streaming
playlists. Instead of a single suggestion, our show will be constantly
be effected by the music that is offered up by the audience. We'll focus
on making strong emotional choices and committing to grounded or
fantastical scenes while trying to avoid singing along when our favorite
songs come up.

Students will perform in THREE performances at UCB Theatre.

Class meets at UCB Sunset Training Center; Room #224

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THE REFUND POLICY FOR ACADEMY COURSES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IF WITHDRAWAL REQUEST IS RECEIVED LESS THAN 1 FULL BUSINESS DAY PRIOR TO THE START OF COURSE.
